Carol Simmons

Education: Cal-State Hayward, Paralegal Studies, 1985.

Carol has been a part of the Hobin & Hobin LLP team for over twelve years, serving as a paralegal with a depth of experience in the Contra Costa County legal landscape. Beginning her legal career in 1978 Carol brings over 30 years of experience to the team. She is married to “Mikie”, a retired Contra Costa County Deputy Sheriff.

Personal Statement:

I am committed not only to the success of our law firm, but also to doing what is right and providing the very best service possible to our clients and their families. I have been truly blessed in my life in many ways. Once such blessing is that I have been placed here to do what I do best which is to work hard, create a calm and productive environment for others, and encourage myself and others to do our best on behalf of those who cannot do for themselves. Our clients are some of the most compassionate and strong-willed people I have ever had the opportunity to meet. What lessons I have learned from them! The Hobin & Hobin LLP Law Office staff are very committed to our clients. This office has a tremendous group of people and I am glad to be working with them. My hobbies include golf & charity golf tournaments, playing Mahjong, traveling, Harley Davidson motorcycles, and attending exercise classes. I also very much enjoy doing charitable community work.
